These courses are geared toward anyone working in the CPR field. Some content we require may be extra or not what your TC/TS requires. We always say it is best to consult with your TC /TS about any of their specific policies.
We do not offer refunds on our courses unless the course is labeled with a “Money Back Guarantee”. If your course is labeled with “Money Back Guarantee”, you must submit a request within 30 days. The request should include your name, email, order number, proof of denial by your employer, and contact information for your employer.
You can go back over any course you have previously purchased or enrolled in. All new content added will also be accessible. If for some reason you need assistance accessing courses previously purchased, please reach out to info@halecpr.com
